Are everywhere: they can be found in the most unlikely places, in water, in soil, among rocks, sometimes even where fire has already consumed everything else.
They are grey spheres of different sizes, opaque, barely reflective.
Too light to be stone, too smooth to feel natural, too hard to be shaped.
Sooner or later, everyone comes across a Mudama.
That is why no one pays attention to them anymore.
They have always been there. Useless.
Mudamaster is an original narrative project that combines dark fantasy adventure with progressive discovery, built around a single event capable of transforming what had always been ignored. The project is conceived as a story and serves as the foundation for future manga-style comics.
TThe story follows Noa and a diverse group of characters involved in the rescue of Raito, who is captured after drawing unwanted attention during a nighttime investigation. Everything became inevitable after an accident: a machine designed to channel luminous energy came into contact with a Mudama, which absorbed the energy, activated, and showed a reaction for the first time. From that moment on, the characters’ actions trigger a chain of events that none of them can truly control. There is no chosen hero, only an unlikely team driven by different motivations such as friendship, revenge, and necessity.
The world of Mudamaster is ancient and stable, composed of kingdoms with established identities, cultures, and power structures. Mudama have existed everywhere for as long as anyone can remember, yet they have never held a recognized role. The initial event does not reshape the entire world, but creates a local fracture from which political, military, and personal conflicts emerge. World building is not explained directly, but revealed through actions, decisions, and consequences.
Mudamaster is designed for a teen and adult audience who appreciate adventure stories with mature tones, characters defined by their choices rather than destiny, coherent worlds that unfold gradually, and narratives in which change carries a sense of loss and melancholy. Accessible at first glance, yet capable of growing in depth over time.
The project is currently in advanced narrative development, with the first story fully structured, the main characters defined, and the initial story arc complete. This campaign aims to finalize the narrative, develop visual concepts, prepare material for comic adaptation, and launch Mudamaster as a long-term narrative IP.
